The object of research is the main and auxiliary business processes of the distribution centre ‘Petrivske’ The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological approaches, mechanisms and methods for improving the operational efficiency of the enterprise by analysing the main and auxiliary business processes of the Petrivske distribution centre. The aim of the study is to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of the main and auxiliary business processes of the Petrivske distribution centre by introducing modern methods of optimising operational processes.
