dc.description.abstractУ першому розділі проаналізована предметна область – загальна конструкція обпалювальної машини Lurgi 552, конструкційні особливості обпалювального візка. Розглянуто недоліки існуючої практики змащування коліс обпалювального візка. Зроблено пошук існуючих рішень удосконалення процесу змащування. Проведено аналіз існуючих рішень, як теоретичних, так і практичних. В другому розділі розроблено рішення удосконалення процесу мащення коліс обпалювального візка. Розглянута структура робототехнічного комплексу та основних елементів. Розроблені траєкторії руху елементів. Розраховано періодичність мащення та кількість мастила. В третьому розділі зібрано принципову систему в лабораторних умовах з навчальних мікропроцесорних елементів та модулів, що принципово відповідають за призначенням промисловим у запропонованій пропозиції. Складено схему, проведено практичний експеримент. В четвертому розділі виконано економічний розрахунок впровадження системи та обґрунтування економічної доцільності.
dc.description.abstract The first section analyzes the subject area - the general design of the Lurgi 552 roasting machine, the design features of the roasting trolley. The shortcomings of the existing practice of lubricating the wheels of the firing trolley are considered. A search for existing solutions to improve the lubrication process has been carried out. The existing solutions, both theoretical and practical, are analyzed. The second section develops a solution to improve the process of lubricating the wheels of a firing trolley. The structure of the robotic complex and its main elements is considered. Trajectories of movement of the elements are developed. The frequency of lubrication and the amount of lubricant are calculated. In the third section, a basic system is assembled in laboratory conditions from training microprocessor elements and modules that fundamentally correspond to the industrial ones in the proposed proposal. The scheme is drawn up and a practical experiment is conducted. In the fourth section, the economic calculation of the system implementation and justification of its economic feasibility are performed.
