Напрями зниження рівня довгообертових запасів на підприємстві ПРАТ «ЦГЗК»

Abstract

В першому розділі роботи розглянуто теоретико – методичні засади процесу руху та збереження товарно – матеріальних цінностей, основні фактори формування довгообертових запасів, причини, які викликають низький рух та накопичення довгообертових запасів згідно різних наукових підходів. В другому розділі роботи проведено аналіз умов, факторів впливу зовнішнього середовища та поточного стану забезпечення бізнес-процесів системи управління довгообертовими запасами. Для цього в аналітичної частині роботи досліджено та надана характеристика поточного стану гірничо – металургійної галуззі, визначено актуальні проблеми галузі та концепції її розвитку в майбутньому; надана характеристика базового промислового підприємства; проаналізовано стан довгообертових запасів з використанням інструментарію АВС – аналізу та моделювання, обґрунтовано виокремлення підкатегорії довгообертових запасів для подальшого дослідження. Проведений комплексний аналіз поточного стану довгообертових запасів електричних машин на підприємстві ПРАТ «ЦГЗК» дозволив виявити недоліки в системі перерозподілу товарно – матеріальних цінностей між структурними підрозділами для створення оптимального резервного запасу та формування потреб за замовленнями, а також надмірні залишки електричних машин, які не підлягають застосуванню в структурному підрозділі та можуть бути запропонованими для подальшої реалізації за ринковою ціною. В третьому розділі роботи визначено та обґрунтовано напрями зниження рівня довгообертових запасів на підприємстві ПрАТ «ЦГЗК». Проведений аналіз діючої системи управління довгообертовими запасами дозволив сформувати та довести ефективність пропозиції щодо зниження рівня довгообертових запасів на підприємстві (в розрізі ненормованих запасів електричних машин). Запропоновано провести уніфікацію електричних машин для покращення взаємодії між структурними підрозділами, а також для їх реалізації за ринковими цінами. Економічний ефект від уніфікації та реалізації електричних машин дозволяє констатувати доцільність наданих пропозицій.

The first section of the paper considers the theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of movement and preservation of inventory, the main factors of formation of long-lived stocks, the reasons that cause low movement and accumulation of long-lived stocks according to various scientific approaches. The second section of the paper analyzes the conditions, factors of influence of the external environment and the current state of ensuring the business processes of the system of management of long-lived inventories. For this purpose, the analytical part of the paper studies and characterizes the current state of the mining and metallurgical industry, identifies current problems of the industry and concepts of its development in the future; characterizes the basic industrial enterprise; analyzes the state of long-lived inventories using the tools of ABC analysis and modeling, and justifies the allocation of a subcategory of long-lived inventories for further research. The carried out comprehensive analysis of the current status of the long-turnover stocks of electric machines at the enterprise PJSC "Central Mining and Processing Plant" allowed to identify shortcomings in the system of redistribution of commodity and material assets between structural subdivisions to create an optimal reserve stock and form needs for orders, as well as excessive balances of electric machines that are not subject to use in the structural subdivision and can be offered for further sale at the market price. In the third section of the work, the directions of reducing the level of long-turnover stocks at the enterprise of PJSC "Central Mining and Processing Plant" are identified and substantiated. The carried out analysis of the current system of management of long-lived stocks allowed to formulate and prove the effectiveness of the proposal to reduce the level of long-lived stocks at the enterprise (in the context of non-normalized stocks of electric machines). It is proposed to unify electric machines to improve interaction between structural units, as well as to sell them at market prices. The economic effect of the unification and sale of electric machines allows us to state the feasibility of the proposals.
