dc.description.abstractОб’єктом дослідження є процес шихто-підготовки та огрудкування сирих окатишів в умовах цеху з виробництва окатишів гірничо-збагачувального комбінату. Предметом дослідження є автоматизована система керування процесом шихто-підготовки та огрудкування сирих окатишів. У першому розділі розглянуто технологічний ланцюг гірничозбагачувального комбінату та роль технологічного процесу у цеху виробництва окатишів в загальній технології комбінату. Також розглянута існуюча АСКТП та її наявний апаратно-програмний склад, проведено аналіз ефективності керування технологічними процесами. Проведено аналітичний огляд для аналізу вже існуючих рішень для покращення ефективності АСКТП в схожих умовах. В другому розділі виділено основні технологічні параметри регулювання ділянок шихто-підготовки та огрудкування, методи вимірювання даних параметрів та їх регулювання в технологічному процесі. Запропоновано та обґрунтовано модернізовану структуру АСКТП двох технологічних ділянок. В третьому розділі виконано експериментальні дослідження, за допомогою яких налаштовано регулятори запропонованої САР, та реалізовано приклад АСКТП в програмному пакеті, побудовані основні екрани ЛМІ. У четвертому розділі за допомогою розрахунків обґрунтовано та підтверджено економічну доцільність впровадження запропонованої системи автоматизації досліджуваних технологічних ділянок.
dc.description.abstract The object of the study is the process of charge preparation and agglomeration of raw pellets in the conditions of the pellet production shop of mining and processing plant. The subject of the study is an automated control system for the process of charge preparation and agglomeration of raw pellets 7 The first section considers the technological chain of mining and processing plant and the role of the technological process at iron ore pellet production workshop in the overall technology of the plant. The existing ACS of workshop and its existing hardware and software are also considered, an analysis of the efficiency of technological process control is carried out. A literature review is conducted to analyze existing solutions for improving the efficiency of ACS in similar conditions. The second section highlights the main technological parameters for regulating the charge preparation and pelletizing sections, methods for measuring these parameters and regulating them in the technological process. The modernized structure of the ACS of two technological sections is proposed and substantiated. In the third section, experimental studies are performed, with the help of which the regulators of the proposed ATS are configured, and an example of the ACS is implemented in the software package, and the main screens of the HMI are built. In the fourth section, the economic feasibility of implementing the proposed automation system of the studied technological sections is substantiated and confirmed by calculations.
