Підвищення операційної ефективності на підставі аналізу можливостей впровадження інвестиційного проєкту та обґрунтування його доцільності в умовах ПРАТ «ІНГЗК»

В першому розділі роботи розглянуто теоретичні та методичні засади інвестиційного проєктування в світовій практиці. В другому розділі роботи проведено аналіз можливостей та результатів впровадження інвестиційного проєкту в умовах структурного підрозділу ПРАТ «ІНГЗК» (Рудо-збагачувальна фабрика №2). Для цього в аналітичній частині роботи досліджено та надана характеристика поточного стану гірничої галузі, визначено актуальні проблеми галузі та концепції її розвитку в майбутньому; надана характеристика базового промислового підприємства; проаналізовано стан переділу збагачення з використанням інструментарію AS SI аналізу та моделювання, обґрунтовано наявність проблематики та доцільність впровадження заходів, з метою оптимізації аналізуємого бізнеспроцесу. В третьому розділі роботи визначено та обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення переділу магнітно-флотаційного доведення концентрату на підприємстві ПРАТ «ІНГЗК». Проведений аналіз діючого виробничого процесу, що дозволив сформувати та довести ефективність пропозиції щодо автоматизації частини процесу флотаційного доведення концентрату на підприємстві, з метою зниження втрат Fe у відходах виробництва. Запропоновано впровадження інвестиційного проєкту по автоматизації флотації – встановлення системи Visio Froth (цифровий зір). Результати розрахунку ефективності проєкту дозволяють констатувати доцільність його впровадження (позитивний NPV, дисконтований термін окупності (DPP) – менше року, а також достатньо високі значення показників PI та IRR), тому даний проєкт рекомендовано до впровадження.

The first section of the paper discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of investment projecting in the world practice. The second section of the paper analyses the possibilities and results of the investment project implementation in the conditions of the structural unit of PJSC “INGOK” (Ore Processing Plant No. 2). For this purpose, the analytical part of the paper investigates and describes the current state of the mining industry, identifies current problems of the industry and concepts of its development in the future; describes the basic industrial enterprise; analyses the state of the enrichment process using the AS SI analysis and modelling tools, substantiates the existence of problems and the feasibility of implementing measures to optimise the analysed business process. The third section of the paper identifies and substantiates the directions of improvement of the magnetic flotation concentrate refinement process at PJSC “INGOK”. An analysis of the existing production process was carried out, which allowed us to formulate and prove the effectiveness of the proposal to automate part of the flotation concentrate refinement process at the enterprise in order to reduce Fe losses in production waste. The implementation of an investment project to automate flotation - the installation of the Visio Froth system (digital vision) - is proposed. The results of calculating the project's efficiency allow us to state the feasibility of its implementation (positive NPV, discounted payback period (DPP) - less than a year, as well as sufficiently high values of PI and IRR), so this project is recommended for implementation.
