Реалізація програми заміни пресового оснащення як інструмент підвищення операційної ефективності

Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження є бізнес-процес «Заміна пресового оснащення» в умовах Алюмосилікатного цеху ПрАТ «ЗАПОРІЖВОГНЕТРИВ». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні основи та методичні підходи до економічного обґрунтування впровадження оптимізації заміни пресового оснащення. В першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні основи заміни пресового оснащення. Досліджено теоретико-методичне підґрунтя управління бізнес-процесом заміни пресового оснащення. Вивчені методичні підходи до аналізу бізнес-процесів заміни пресового оснащення. В другому розділі проведено аналіз бізнес-процесу «Заміна пресового оснащення». Надана загальна характеристика ресурсів реалізації бізнес-процесу з заміни пресового оснащення. Проведені фотографії робочого часу заміни пресового оснащення. Проведені інтерв’ю з керівництвом та робітниками задіяними при заміні пресового оснащення. Проаналізована діяльність підприємства. Виконано аналіз виробничої собівартості продукції. Визначені прогалини в організації заміни пресового оснащення. Надана характеристика та побудована модель бізнес-процесу управління заміни пресового оснащення. В третьому розділі обґрунтовано на методичному рівні та доведено емпіричними розрахунками доцільність, необхідності впровадження та рентабельність проєкту операційної вдосконалення системи заміни пресового оснащення.

The research object is the management mechanism of the business process "Press Equipment Replacement" in the conditions of the Alumosilicate Workshop of PJSC "Zaporizhzhogneupor." The subject of the study is the theoretical foundations and methodological approaches to the economic justification of the implementation of press equipment replacement optimization. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of press equipment replacement. The theoretical and methodological basis of managing the business process of press equipment replacement is investigated. Methodological approaches to the analysis of business processes of press equipment replacement are studied. The second chapter analyzes the business process of "Press Equipment Replacement." A general characteristic of the resources for implementing the business process of press equipment replacement is provided. Photos of the working time of press equipment replacement are taken. Interviews with the management and workers involved in press equipment replacement are conducted. The enterprise's activities are analyzed. An analysis of the production cost of the products is performed. Gaps in the organization of press equipment replacement are identified. Characteristics and a model of the business process of press equipment replacement management are provided. The third chapter substantiates on a methodological level and proves through empirical calculations the feasibility, necessity, and profitability of the project for operational improvement of the press equipment replacement system.
