Дослідження методів, моделей та інформаційних технологій для автоматизованого створення шаблонних документів та презентацій

Abstract

Метою роботи є дослідження фреймворків для розробки шаблонних документів та презентацій в цілях подальшого використання їх у автоматизації створення цих документів для пришвидшення процесу створення однотипних документів результатом чого буде зменшення часу на цей процес та приведення цих документів до одного брендованого вигляду. Об’єкт дослідження – процес розробки шаблонних документів та презентацій. Предмет дослідження – це фреймворки створення шаблонних текстових документів та презентацій для подальшої автоматизації цих процесів. Результати та обґрунтування їх новизни / інноваційності. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в оптимізації процесу створення шаблонних документі та презентацій за допомогою його автоматизації та розробки шаблонів текстових документів та презентацій. Розглянуто процес створення текстових документів та презентацій. Також для цього процесу розглянуто основні складові офісного пакету, найвідоміші формати текстових документів та презентацій, аналоги програмних засобів для створення текстових документів та презентацій з порівняльним аналізом цих засобів. На основі цього аналізу були обрані формати docx для текстових документів та pptx для презентацій, як найпоширеніші (вважаючи що немає проблем їх конвертації у pdf), а Microsoft Office 365 офісним пакетом для якого будемо орієнтуватися на створення текстових документів та презентацій. Використовуючи мову програмування C# та технологію Windows Forms було розроблено цей модуль автоматизованого створення презентацій для програмного комплексу.

The purpose of the work is to research frameworks for the development of template documents and presentations in order to further use them in the automation of the creation of these documents to speed up the process of creating documents of the same type, which will result in a reduction of time for this process and bring these documents to a single branded look. The object of research is the process of developing template documents and presentations. The subject of research is frameworks for creating template text documents and presentations for further automation of these processes. Results and justification of their novelty / innovativeness. The scientific novelty of the obtained results of the qualification work consists in the optimization of the process of creating template documents and presentations with the help of its automation and the development of templates of text documents and presentations. The process of creating text documents and presentations is considered. Also, for this process, the main components of the office package, the most famous formats of text documents and presentations, analogues of software tools for creating text documents and presentations with a comparative analysis of these tools are considered. On the basis of this analysis, the formats docx for text documents and pptx for presentations were chosen as the most common (considering that there are no problems converting them to pdf), and Microsoft Office 365 is the office package for which we will focus on creating text documents and presentations. Using the C# programming language and Windows Forms technology, this module for automated creation of presentations for the software complex was developed.
