Анотація
У статті наведено засади державного регулювання процесів забезпечення національних інтересів у митній політиці України. Дослідження дозволило деталізувати сферу митних інтересів України в системі національних. Встановлено інструменти, методи та важелі державного регулювання процесів забезпечення національних інтересів у митній політиці України. На відміну від існуючих, пропоновано до методів державного регулювання включати внутрішню та міжнародну координацію, варіативний підхід, оптимізацію цілей митної політики у забезпеченні національних інтересів з точки зору витрат на їх захист і найменших негативних наслідків для економіки країни.
The article presents the basics of state regulation of the processes of ensuring national interests in the customs policy of Ukraine. The study allowed to detail the sphere of customs interests of Ukraine in the national system. The following are distinguished: foreign economic, domestic economic, law enforcement, social, fiscal and environmental interests regulated by the state within the framework of customs policy. The instruments, methods and levers of state regulation of the processes of securing national interests in the customs policy of Ukraine are established. In contrast to the existing ones, it is proposed that the methods of state regulation include domestic and international coordination, a variational approach, optimization of customs policy goals in securing national interests in terms of their defense costs and the least negative consequences for the country's economy. The proposed comprehensive approach to the state regulation of customs policy in the interests of national interests will allow more comprehensive consideration of the consequences of their protection for the public welfare, will help to avoid unnecessary regulatory barriers in foreign trade, while maintaining the customs security of the state.
