dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена виявленню і дослідженню нових тенденцій перебігу інвестиційних процесів в економіці України у післякризовий період відновлення. Узагальнено особливості макроекономічних систем, яких вони набувають внаслідок конфлікту. Обґрунтовано, що в Україні у 2014-2015 роках відбувся перелам усталених тенденцій динаміки показників інвестиційних процесів, і почали формуватися нові тенденції, зокрема: зростання обсягів капітальних інвестицій і обсягів їх освоєння; зрушення у структурі капітальних інвестицій за видами активів (суттєве зменшення частки інвестицій у нежитлові будівлі та інженерні споруди і зростання частки машин, обладнання та інвентарю, а також транспортних засобів) і за джерелами фінансування (зростання частки коштів місцевих бюджетів у структурі капітальних інвестицій), зростання питомої ваги прямих іноземних інвестицій (акціонерного капіталу) з Російської Федерації, зрушення у структурі прямих іноземних інвестицій за видами економічної діяльності і регіонами. Сформульовані висновки і перспективи подальших досліджень у заданому напрямі.uk
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the discovery and research of new tendencies of the course of investment processes in the economy of Ukraine in the post-crisis period of recovery. The features of the macroeconomic systems that they acquire as a result of the conflict were generalized. It was substantiated that in Ukraine in 2014-2015 there has been a shift in the established tendencies of dynamics of indicators of investment processes, which made it impossible to analyze and forecast them on the basis of pre-crisis, established regularities. In the post-crisis period, new trends in the investment sphere began to emerge, in particular: a decrease in the share of investments in non-residential buildings and engineering structures, long-term biological assets of plant growing and livestock production; shifts in the structure of capital investments (increase in the share of local budget funds and a decrease in the proportion of loans to banks and other loans); lack of interest of foreign investors in investing in the economy of Ukraine; post-Soviet (mainly Ukrainian and Russian) origin of capital, accounting for almost half of foreign direct investments in Ukraine's economy; an increase in the share of foreign direct investments from the Russian Federation in the Ukrainian economy; foreign direct investments were not aimed at restoring the industrial potential of the domestic economy. At the same time, a number of long-term negative tendencies in the investment sphere persist (in particular, the share of investments in fixed assets in GDP, which does not correspond to the minimum level of national economic security, too high share of own funds of enterprises and organizations in the structure of capital investments, etc.). It was determined that the prospects for further research are in two directions: identification, fixation and analysis of new tendencies of the investment processes in the post-conflict period as the basis for further research forecasting in the substantiation of the directions of the state policy of national economic recovery, as well as the development of methodological approaches to normative forecasting of post- conflict restoration of the economy and justification of the structure and tools of the investment mechanism for its provision.en
