dc.description.abstractДля досягнення поставленої мети необхідно було вирішити наступні задачі: - провести детальний аналіз сучасних агломераційних технологій виробництва розробок компанії "Lurgi"; - розглянута проблематику використання випалювальних палет; - проаналізувати сучасні технології у розпізнаванні об’єктів; - провести теоретичні дослідження з метою встановлення можливостей застосування сучасних технологій розпізнавання об’єктів; - виконати економічне обґрунтування проекту. Об’єкт дослідження – процес вибракування та заміни палет на випалювальній машині Lurgi 552. Предмет дослідження – методи оптимізації вибракування та заміни палет. У процесі виконання дослідження було використано наступні методи: тепловізійний замір, системний аналіз, математичне моделювання, методи оптимізації. Кваліфікаційна робота має 79 сторінок, 29 ілюстрацій, 10 таблиць, 1 додаток, та 23 джерела у переліку посилань.uk
dc.description.abstract The goal of the work: to develop and analyze methods to improve the efficiency of the process of discarding and replacing pallets in the roasting machine. To achieve the set goal, it was necessary to solve the following tasks: − conduct a detailed analysis of modern agglomeration production technologies developed by the company "Lurgi"; − consider the problem of using roasting pallets; − analyze modern object recognition technologies; − conduct theoretical studies to establish the possibilities of applying modern object recognition technologies; − perform an economic justification of the project. The object of research - the process of discarding and replacing pallets on the Lurgi 552 roasting machine. The subject of the study - methods of optimizing the discarding and replacing of pallets. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: thermal imaging measurement, systems analysis, mathematical modeling, optimization methods. The qualification work has 79 pages, 29 illustrations, 10 tables, 1 appendix, and 23 sources in the list of referencesen
