Забезпечення єдиних підходів до побудови організаційної структури суміжних підприємств для удосконалення інформаційно-аналітичного-забезпечення прийняття управлінських рішень

Abstract

Метою магістерської роботи є підвищення якості інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення прийняття управлінських рішень на підставі вдосконалення бізнес-процесу розробки організаційної структури суміжних підприємств. Об’єктом дослідження є бізнес-процес розробки організаційної структури підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічний інструментарій аналізу, моделювання, прогнозування та оцінювання параметрів бізнес-процесу розробки організаційної структури підприємства. При виконанні роботи були використані різні методи дослідження. Запропоновані вдосконалення бізнес-процесу розробки організаційної структури підприємства через нормування термінів виконання кожного етапу, впровадження автоматизації, проведення моніторингу та контролю за виконанням конкретних етапів. Сформовані рекомендації щодо забезпечення єдиних підходів до побудови організаційної структури суміжних підприємств для удосконалення інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення прийняття управлінських рішень.

The method of the master's work is to improve the quality of information and analytical support for management decision-making based on the improvement of the business process of developing the organizational structure of related enterprises. The object of the study is the business process of developing the organizational structure of the enterprise. The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological toolkit of analysis, modeling, forecasting and evaluation of parameters of the business process of developing the organizational structure of the enterprise. Various research methods were used in the performance of the work. Improvements to the business process of developing the organizational structure of the enterprise are proposed through the standardization of the deadlines for each stage, the introduction of automation, monitoring and control over the performance of specific stages. Recommendations have been made to ensure uniform approaches to the construction of the organizational structure of related enterprises for the improvement of information and analytical support for management decision-making.
