Модернізація системи управління блоком повітронагрівачів доменної печі №1

Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження є система управління блоком повітронагрівачів доменної печі №1. Предметом дослідження є автоматизація технологічного процесу нагріву дуття. У першому розділі проаналізована предметна область автоматизації роботи повітронагрівачів доменної печі. Надана загальна характеристика технологічного процесу та наявної системи автоматизації роботи блоку повітронагрівачів доменної печі. Приведено аналіз рішень на аналогічних об’єктах. В результаті визначена необхідність модернізації наявної системи та сформульована невирішена частина проблеми, яку планується досліджувати та вирішувати в рамках кваліфікаційної роботи. У другому розділі проведено аналіз технологічного процесу як об’єкту автоматизації, визначено параметри об’єкту автоматизації, визначені задачі управління блоком повітронагрівачів, задачі автоматичного контролю та регулювання відповідних технологічних параметрів, обґрунтована запропонована структура системи автоматизації, визначено розподіл основних задач, які вирішуються на рівнях автоматизації, наведено перелік основних функціональних задач та опис схеми їхнього взаємозв’язку. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано вибір технічних засобів для всіх рівнів автоматизації; спроектовано САР температури дуття; розроблено математичну модель теплового режиму повітронагрівача, програмне забезпечення системи автоматизації. У четвертому розділі відповідними розрахунками підтверджено економічну доцільність впровадження запропонованої системи автоматизації.

The object of the study is the control system for the air heater block of blast furnace No.1. The subject of the research is the automation of the technological process of blast heating. In the first chapter, the subject area of the automation of the air heater block of the blast furnace is analyzed. A general description of the technological process and the existing automation system for the operation of the air heater block of the blast furnace is provided. An analysis of solutions on similar objects is presented. As a result, the need for modernization of the existing system is determined, and the unresolved part of the problem to be investigated and solved within the qualification work is formulated. The second chapter conducts an analysis of the technological process as the object of automation. Parameters of the automation object are determined, tasks of managing the air heater block, tasks of automatic control and regulation of relevant technological parameters are defined. The proposed structure of the automation system is justified, and the distribution of key tasks addressed at automation levels is determined. A list of main functional tasks and a description of the scheme of their interrelation are provided. The third chapter justifies the selection of technical means for all levels of automation; the temperature control system for blast heating is designed, and a mathematical model of the thermal regime of the air heater is developed. Additionally, the software for the automation system is designed. The fourth chapter confirms the economic feasibility of implementing the proposed automation system through relevant calculations.
