Підвищення операційної ефективності транспортної компанії на основі оптимізації процесів перевезення залізничним транспортом

Мета дослідження полягає у визначенні теоретично-методичних засад та практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення операційної ефективності транспортної компанії на основі оптимізації процесів перевезення залізничним транспортом. Об’єкт дослідження – бізнес-процесів транспортної компанії з перевезення залізничним транспортом. Предмет дослідження теоретично-методологічні засади, моделі та методи підвищення операційної ефективності транспортної компанії на основі оптимізації процесів перевезення залізничним транспортом. Розглянуто теоретичні засади функціонування системи перевезень і окремих транспортних компаній, досліджений світовий досвід у функціонуванні підприємств залізничного транспорту та проведений аналіз функціонування транспортних компаній в Україні. Досліджено основні етапи бізнес-процеса роботи транспортної компанії. Визначені умови для реалізації транспортно-експедиційних послуг шляхом розширення периметра перевезень та клієнтської бази, основні учасники бізнес-процеса «Реалізації транспортно- експедиційних послуг». Проведений аналіз структури руху основних вантажопотоків, виявлені регіони масового вивантаження. Розглянутий перелік транспортно-експедиційних послуг, визначений порядок формування вартості комерційної пропозиції при наданні транспортно-експедиційних послуг. Проведена оцінка операційного покращення від економії на порожньому тарифі. Розширення полігону перевезень та клієнтської бази дозволяє підвищити операційну ефективність роботи транспортноекспедиційної компанії, забезпечити додатковий прибуток, фінансову стабільність.

The purpose of the study is to determine the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for improving the operational efficiency of a transport company through optimisation of railway transportation processes. The object of the study is the business processes of a transport company engaged in railway transportation. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological foundations, models and methods of increasing the operational efficiency of a transport company based on optimisation of railway transportation processes. The theoretical foundations of the functioning of the transportation system and individual transport companies are considered, the world experience in the functioning of railway transport enterprises is studied, and the functioning of transport companies in Ukraine is analysed. The main stages of the business process of a transport company are studied. The conditions for the implementation of freight forwarding services by expanding the perimeter of transportation and the customer base, the main participants in the business process of ‘Implementation of freight forwarding services’ are determined. The article analyses the structure of the main cargo flows and identifies the regions of mass unloading. The list of freight forwarding services is considered, the procedure for forming the cost of a commercial offer for the provision of freight forwarding services is determined. An assessment of operational improvements resulting from savings on the empty tariff was made. Expansion of the transportation range and customer base allows to increase the operational efficiency of the freight forwarding company, provide additional profit and financial stability.
