dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена актуальній проблемі управління проектами на підставі використання інструментарію проектного аналізу та технології моделювання бізнес-процесами. Наведена процедура застосування методології функціонального моделювання і графічного описання процесів нотації IDEF0 (англ. Integration Definition for Function Modeling) для управління проектом екологічного спрямування в умовах промислового підприємства. Наведено діаграму SADT (Structured Analysis and Design Teqnique) та її декомпозицію за основними елементами та етапами впровадження інвестиційного проекту. У статті описано та зображено процедуру впровадження інвестиційного проекту з урахуванням екологічного чинника на основі ключових положень проектного аналізу та моделювання в нотації моделювання робіт IDEF0. Акцентується увага на специфіці нотації інструментарію інформаційних технологій моделювання робіт, що застосовуються під час моделювання екологічно спрямованих процесів здійснення інвестиційного проекту.uk
dc.description.abstractThe article is sanctified to the issue of the day of management of projects on the basis of the use of tool of project analysis and technology of design business processes. As of at realizable managements investment processes must be carried out permanent control after their introduction and realization, the basic stages over and mechanisms of provid-ing of this procedure are brought. It of is presented procedure of application of methodology of functional design and graphic description of processes of notation of IDEF0 (Integration Definition for of Function Modeling) for the project management of ecological aspiration in the conditions of industrial enterprise. An diagram over of SADT (Structured Analysis and of Design Teqnique) of is brought and it is presented decoupling basic elements and stages of introduction of investment project. In of the article it is described and represented procedure of introduction of investment project taking into account an ecological factor on the basis of key positions of project analysis and design in notation of design of works of IDEF0(Integration Definition for of Function Modeling). The aim of construction of model of process of investing is a specification of operations and actions. In of the article attention is accented on the specific of notation of tool of information technologies of design of works that are used at the design of the ecologically directed processes of realization of investment project. Possibility of to forecast and plan the processes of investing in the future appears on the basis of the got results of the built diagrams of business processes, to form plans and programs of diminishing of the negative anthropogenic operating on a natural environment (decline of negative influence of processes of production, rational use of natural resources), improvement of investment attractiveness and investment image of enterprise. In the article possibilities of application of modern information technologies of design of business processes of enterprise and tool of project analysis are presented for electing of the best variant of investing at introduction of projects is an actual task, that stipulated the choice of theme and research aim. The aim of construction of model of process of investing is a specification of operations and actions.en
