dc.description.abstractДана стаття присвячена дослідженню сутності та особливостям впровадження інструментів управ- ління ефективністю бізнес-діяльності на підставі аналізу сучасних тенденцій у сфері управління. В статті доведено, що актуальною проблемою для українських підприємств залишаються питання збільшення продуктивності праці, оптимізації ресурсів, поліпшення якості продукції, підвищення загальної результативності бізнесу, забезпечення кон- курентної переваги на ринку. В статті надано рекомендації по відбору з існуючих альтернатив найбільш дієвих інструментів, які включають широкий спектр методів, технологій та підходів, що застосовуються для підвищення ефективності управління бізнес-процесами підприємства в контексті концепції «Business Performance Management». В статті проаналізовано можливості успішного розвитку підприємств завдяки впровадженню різних інструментів удосконалення бізнес-процесів, а саме інформаційних технологій (автоматизації процесів, аналітики та прогнозування даних, використання штучного інтелекту та ін.), інструментарію процесного управління (моделювання бізнес-процесів, Lean, Six Sigma, ERP - системи, Business Process Reengineering, системи якості тощо), проєктного менеджменту (в рамках Agile та Waterfall методологій). В статті виявляються як переваги застосування сучасного інструментарію підвищення операційної ефективності, так й бар’єри, пов’язані з впровадженням цих інструментів, а також надаються рекомендації щодо успішної інтеграції цих інструментів у бізнес-середовище. В статті доведено, що застосування інструментів управління ефективністю бізнес-діяльності в контексті концепції «Business Performance Management» дозволяє підприємствам покращити свою конкурентоспроможність, адаптуватися до змінного бізнес - середовища та ефективно використовувати свої ресурси для досягнення стратегічних цілей і успіху на ринку. Наукова новизна даної статті полягає в систематизації інструментарію підвищення операційної ефективності в контексті концепції Business Performance Management та визначенні найбільш дієвих з них для конкретних умов підприємства.
dc.description.abstract This article is devoted to the study of the essence and peculiarities of implementation of business performance management tools based on the analysis of current trends in the field of management. The article proves that the issues of increasing labour productivity, optimising resources, improving product quality, enhancing overall business performance, and ensuring competitive advantage in the market remain an urgent problem for Ukrainian enterprises. The article provides recommendations on selection of the most effective tools from the existing alternatives, which include a wide range of methods, technologies and approaches used to improve the efficiency of management of business processes of an enterprise in the context of the concept of "Business Performance Management". The article analyses the possibilities of successful development of en- terprises through the introduction of various tools for improving business processes, namely information technology (process automation, data analytics and forecasting, use of artificial intelligence, etc.), process management tools (business process modelling, Lean, Six Sigma, ERP systems, Business Process Reengineering, quality systems, etc.), project management (within the framework of Agile and Waterfall methodologies). The article identifies both the benefits of using modern tools to improve operational efficiency and the barriers associated with the implementation of these tools, and provides recommendations for the successful integration of these tools into the business environment. The article proves that the use of business performance management tools in the context of the concept of "Business Performance Management" allows enterprises to improve their competitiveness, adapt to a changing business environment and effectively use their resources to achieve strategic goals and success in the market. The scientific novelty of this article is to systematise the tools for improving operational efficiency in the context of the Business Performance Management concept and to identify the most effective ones for specific conditions of an enterprise.
