Можливості застосування бізнес-моделей для управління діяльністю автотранспортного підприємства

У статті представлено результат моделювання бізнес-процесів в методології функціонального моделювання, який дозволяє провести аналіз існуючого стану діяльності автотранспортного підприємства і провести процедуру оптимізації бізнес-процесів. Для вдосконалення бізнес-процесів у статті пропонується регламентувати бізнес-процеси підприємства за допомогою діаграм моделювання процесів, які можна застосовувати без особливих фінансових і трудових витрат і які дають найбільш зрозумілі для сприйняття, точні і якісні результати. В статті наведено приклад складання карт операцій підприємства та надано рекомендації щодо підвищення їх ефективності.

In the article the result of design of business processes is presented in methodology of functional design, that allows to conduct the analysis of the existent state of activity of motor transport enterprise and conduct procedure of optimization of business processes. For perfection of business processes in the article it is suggested to regulate the business processes of enterprise by means of diagrams designs of processes, that can be applied without the special financial and labour charges and that give most clear for perception, exact and quality results. In the article an example of stowage of maps of operations of enterprise is made and recommendations are given in relation to the increase of their efficiency.
