Дослідження зміни температури чавуну в ході його транспортування і позадоменної обробки

Об’єктом дослідження є технолого-логістичний процес транспортування рідкого чавуну від доменного цеху до конвертору і позадоменна обробка чавуну. Предметом дослідження є показники експлуатації чавуновозних ковшів, параметри позадоменної обробки та температура рідкого чавуну. У першому розділі проаналізовані методи зменшення зниження температури чавуну при транспортуванні від доменного цеху до конвертору і позадоменної обробки. У другому розділі обґрунтована залежність показників на змінення температури, розроблені пропозиції зменшення тепловитрат. У третьому розділі проведено аналіз умов праці та пожежної безпеки. У четвертому розділі визначено очікуваний економічний ефект від впровадження запропонованих заходів.

The object of the study is the technological and logistical process of transporting molten iron from the blast furnace to the converter and out-of-place processing of cast iron. The subject of the study is the operation indicators of cast iron ladles, parameters of out-of-place processing and the temperature of molten iron. The first section analyzes methods for reducing the decrease in the temperature of cast iron during transportation from the blast furnace to the converter and out-of-place processing. The second section substantiates the dependence of indicators on temperature changes, and develops proposals for reducing heat consumption. The third section analyzes working conditions and fire safety. The fourth section determines the expected economic effect of the implementation of the proposed measures.
