dc.description.abstractУ першому розділі проведено детальний аналіз предметної області, зокрема розглянуто технологічні аспекти виробництва окатишів в умовах ГЗК. У другому розділі визначені чинники, які впливають на якість і однорідність гранулометричного складу, а також сучасні методи контролю та регулювання технологічних параметрів огрудковувачів. Значну увагу приділено міжнародному досвіду та інноваційним технологіям у сфері автоматизованого управління процесом огрудкування, включаючи застосування датчиків вологості, механізмів регулювання нахилу та швидкості обертання чашових огрудковувачів. 8 У третьому розділі наведено методику експериментальних досліджень, наведено опис засобів та принципів обробки результатів експерименту. У четвертому розділі відповідними розрахунками підтверджено економічну доцільність впровадження запропонованої модернізації чашових огрудковувачів.
dc.description.abstract The first section provides a detailed analysis of the subject area, including the technological aspects of pellet production at the Mining and Processing Plant. The second section identifies the factors that affect the quality and uniformity of the particle size distribution, as well as modern methods of controlling and regulating the technological parameters of pelletizing machines. Considerable attention is paid to international experience and innovative technologies in the field of automated control of the pelletizing process, including the use of moisture sensors, mechanisms for adjusting the inclination and rotation speed of bowl pelletizers. The third section describes the methodology of experimental research, the means and principles of processing the results of the experiment. Section 4 confirms the economic feasibility of implementing the proposed modernization of the bowl pellet mill by means of relevant calculations.
