Удосконалення бізнес-процесу облікового забезпечення орендних операцій підприємства

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження — бізнес-процес облікового забезпечення орендних операцій підприємства. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретико-методичних, законодавчих основ та науково-практичних засад реалізації бізнес- процесу облікового забезпечення орендних операцій підприємства та його результативності з урахуванням можливого удосконалення. У першому розділі проведено аналіз підходів щодо сутності орендних відносин та кращих практик організації облікового забезпечення орендних операцій. Систематизовано та описано принципи та сучасні практики побудови бізнес-процесу облікового забезпечення орендних операцій підприємства. У другому розділі розглянуто поточний стан бізнес-процесу облікового забезпечення орендних операцій на підставі аналізу діяльності ТОВ «Бізнес Сек’юріті Груп», ідентифіковано вузькі місця та визначено потенціал оптимізації поточного стану бізнес-процесу. Сформовано систему критеріїв оцінювання ефективності облікового забезпечення орендних операцій. У третьому розділі побудовано оптимальну модель бізнес- процесу облікового забезпечення орендних операцій ТОВ «Бізнес Сек’юріті Груп», у тому числі за результатами проведеного SWOT- аналізу у контексті Етапу 7 (аудит та вдосконалення) визначено можливості для покращення ефективності внутрішнього аудиту шляхом автоматизації, застосування аналітики та поглиблення співпраці з іншими бізнес-процесами. Доведено, що використання сучасних інформаційних технологій та штучного інтелекту має стати підґрунтям для операційних покращень в межах реалізації бізнес-процесу забезпечення обліку орендних операцій. Надано практичні рекомендації щодо реалізації запропонованих змін із зазначенням необхідних спеціалістів та співробітників підприємства, а також розподілом ролей та обов’язків між ними.

The object of research is the business process of accounting support for lease operations of an enterprise. The subject of the study encompasses the theoretical, methodological, legislative foundations, and scientific-practical principles of implementing the accounting support process for lease operations of an enterprise and its effectiveness with a focus on potential enhancements. The first chapter analyzes approaches to the essence of lease relationships and best practices for organizing the accounting support for lease operations. It systematizes and describes the principles and modern practices of building the business process of accounting support for lease operations of an enterprise. The second chapter examines the current state of the business process of accounting support for lease operations based on the analysis of the activities of "Business Security Group" LLC. It identifies bottlenecks and potential areas for optimizing the current state of the business process. A system of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of accounting support for lease operations is formulated. The third chapter constructs an optimal model of the business process of accounting support for lease operations of "Business Security Group" LLC, including opportunities for improving the effectiveness of internal audit through automation, analytics, and deeper collaboration with other business processes identified through a SWOT analysis at Stage 7 (audit and improvement). It is demonstrated that the use of modern information technology and artificial intelligence should form the basis for operational improvements within the framework of implementing the accounting support process for lease operations. Practical recommendations for implementing the proposed changes are provided, specifying the necessary specialists and employees of the enterprise, as well as the distribution of roles and responsibilities among them.
