Зважаючи на те, що наша держава перебуває в умовах воєнного стану, який веде за собою макроекономічну нестабільність та логістичноенергетичні виклики, виняткової актуальності набуває проблематика забезпечення можливості підприємств здійснювати ефективне управління витратами шляхом адаптації своєї діяльності до вимог сьогодення. Створення ефективної системи управління витратами вважається гарантією забезпечення високого рівня конкурентоздатності та прибутковості підприємств. Особливу увагу варто приділити малому бізнесу, який, з однієї сторони, показує високий рівень гнучкості та адаптації, а з іншої – переживає брак ресурсів та високі ризики. Мета полягає у систематизації підходів до управління витратами підприємства в умовах ресурсних обмежень.

The creation of an effective cost management system is considered a guarantee of ensuring a high level of competitiveness and profitability of enterprises. Particular attention should be paid to small businesses, which, on the one hand, show a high level of flexibility and adaptation, and on the other hand, experience a lack of resources and high risks. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to systematize approaches to managing enterprise costs in conditions of resource constraints.
