Стратегічне забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств в контексті цифровізації економіки України

У статті зазначено, що у сучасних умовах спостерігається активна цифровізація соціально-економічних процесів, що істотно впливає на діяльність підприємств. Зазначено, що процес цифрової трансформації суспільства, який притаманний четвертому етапу глобалізації, став одним із найвиразніших явищ цього періоду. У зв'язку з цим виникла гостра потреба у вимірюванні рівня розвитку цифрової економіки та ступеня її впливу на економічну безпеки підприємства, що стає найважливішим як на регіональному, так і на національному та світовому рівнях. Сутність стратегії забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства визначається ступенем орієнтації діяльності підприємства на реалізацію мети та завдань його економічної безпеки в умовах цифровізації економіки України. Пропонується матриця вибору стратегії забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств в умовах впливу цифровізації, яка визначається залежно від індексу цифрової трансформації України (відповідної області) та рівня економічної безпеки підприємства шляхом утворення за двома ознаками за допомогою системи горизонтальних і вертикальних координат, що виражають кількісні та якісні характеристики відповідних параметрів. Запропоновано класифікацію типів стратегії забезпечення економічної безпеки залежно від впливу рівня цифрової трансформації економіки України (області), яка дає можливість здійснити пошук такого варіанта функціонування підприємства, який забезпечить оптимальне співвідношення між існуючими можливостями і бажаними результатами, та вибрати властиву для підприємства стратегію з урахуванням рівня цифрової трансформації економіки. Запропоновано методичний підхід, який дозволяє підприємствам підібрати стратегію забезпечення економічної безпеки виходячи з поточного її рівня та рівня цифровізації економіки. Застосування цього підходу в рамках внутрішньої аналітики підприємства дозволить розробити дієві заходи з забезпечення економічної безпеки в довгостроковій перспективі. Перспективами подальших досліджень у цьому напрямі є розробка механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств у контексті цифровізації економіки України.

The article specifies that in modern conditions there is an active digitalization of socioeconomic processes, which significantly affects the activities of enterprises. It is also specified that the process of digital transformation of society, which is inherent in the fourth stage of globalization, has become one of the most expressive phenomena of this period. In this regard, there is an urgent need to measure the level of development of the digital economy and the degree of its impact on the economic security of the enterprise, which is becoming the most important both at the regional, national and global levels. The essence of the strategy for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise is determined by the degree of orientation of the enterprise’s activities to the implementation of the goals and objectives of its economic security in the context of digitalization of the economy of Ukraine. A matrix for choosing a strategy for ensuring the economic security of enterprises under the influence of digitalization is proposed, which is determined depending on the index of digital transformation of Ukraine (relevant region) and the level of economic security of enterprise by forming on two grounds using a system of horizontal and vertical coordinates that express the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the relevant parameters. A classification of types of strategy for ensuring economic security depending on the impact of the level of digital transformation of the economy of Ukraine (one of Ukrainian regions) has been proposed, which makes it possible to search for such an option for the functioning of enterprise, which will ensure the optimal balance between the existing opportunities and the desired results, and to choose a strategy inherent in the enterprise, taking into account the level of digital transformation of the economy. A methodical approach has been proposed, which allows enterprises to choose a strategy for ensuring economic security based on its current level and the level of digitalization of the economy. The application of this approach within the framework of the internal analytics of the enterprise will allow to develop effective measures to ensure economic security in the long run. Prospects for further research in this direction are the development of a mechanism for ensuring the economic security of enterprises in the context of digitalization of the Ukrainian economy.
