Поєднання проєктного підходу та бізнес-аналітичних технік для оптимізації бізнес-процесу обліку матеріальних цінностей в контексті концепції BPM

Abstract

У статті розглядається роль проєктного підходу до оптимізації процесу обліку матеріальних цінностей на підприємстві у поєднанні з бізнес-аналітичною діяльністю. Автори наголошують на важливості якісного бізнес-аналізу для визначення поточного стану і бізнес-потреб підприємства, а також для побудови стратегії впровадження змін. Наголошується на доцільності поєднання процесного та проєктного підходів при вивченні бізнес-процесів та визначенні оптимальних інструментів їх вдосконалення в контексті концепції Business Process Management. Для демонстрації запропонованого бачення наведена матриця співвідношення окремих проєктних задач та бізнес-аналітичних технік на етапі ініціації проєкту. В якості артефакту, що формується наприкінці фази ініціації та містить результуючу інформацію, отриману після виконання бізнес-аналітичних задач з вивчення предметної галузі і визначає межі проєкту, наведена концепція проєкту.

The article examines the role of a project approach in optimizing the process of inventory management in combination with business analytics activities. The authors emphasize the importance of quality business analysis to determine the current state and business needs of the enter- prise, as well as to develop a change implementation strategy. The approach to optimizing the business process of inventory management is considered as a project with clearly defined goals and success criteria. The combination of process and project approaches in studying business processes and determining optimal improvement tools within the Business Process Management concept is highlighted. To illustrate the proposed approach, a matrix correlating specific project tasks and business analytic techniques at the project initiation stage is provided. Techniques for analyzing the current state of the business process include observation, documentation study, and interviews. It is suggested that visualizing the current process using BPMN 2.0 notation is useful for identifying improvement options. Such contextual analysis allows for systematizing the features and drawbacks of the current business process state and formulating the project vision/ concept. As an artifact generated at the end of the initiation phase, which contains the resulting information obtained after performing business analytic tasks to study the domain and define project boundaries, the project concept "Development of an Automation Module for Inventory Management" is presented. While the structure proposed by K.Wiegers serves as the basis for describing the concept in the article, the authors note that in practice, the choice of document template for describing the project vision (as an artifact consolidating the results of the project initiation phase) is usually determined by the enterprise’s requirements. The article also outlines the prospects of combining project approaches and business analytic techniques in the context of optimizing business processes related to inventory management, mentioning the potential for creating flexible, efficient, and competitive management models that meet the requirements of the modern market environment.
