Інвестиційні стратегії у ІТ-сфері: аналіз ризиків та перспектив розвитку

У статті досліджуються основні показники розвитку ІКТ- сектору України, які позначаються на інвестиційних стратегіях розвитку сектору. Протягом 2018-2023 рр. простежуються тенденції зростання частки ІКТ-сектору в національній економіці, кількості суб’єктів господарювання та зайнятих в галузі; динамічно збільшуються обсяги та частка послуг ІКТ-сектору, особливо у 2022-2023 рр. Це вказує на зміну стратегії діяльності підприємств ІТсфери, їх переорієнтацію на зовнішні ринки збуту та, відповідно, спрямування фінансових ресурсів. Визначено основні цільові орієнтири формування інвестиційних стратегій в ІТ-сфері : підвищення ефективності операційної діяльності, зростання ринкової вартості бізнесу, масштабування діяльності шляхом диверсифікації напрямків діяльності, створення нових підприємств шляхом злиття та поглинання. Ідентифіковані основні інвестиційні стратегії ІТ- сфери України та детально розглянуто стратегії злиття та поглинання. Охарактеризовані чинники впливу на інвестиційні стратегії в ІТ-галузі, зокрема реструктуризацію витрат ІТ-сектору, проблеми масштабування проєктів цифрової трансформації, скорочення інвестицій в суміжних секторах економіки.

, The purpose of the article was to highlight the features of investment strategies in the IT sector of Ukraine, taking into account existing risks and development prospects. Methods. The article uses the method of statistical analysis of the main indicators of the development of the ICT sector of Ukraine for 2018-2023, applies general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis and systematization of the main investment strategies in the IT sector, existing risks and prospects for the development of investment activities. Results. The article examines the main indicators of the development of the ICT sector of Ukraine, which affect the investment strategy for the development of the sector. The main target guidelines for the formation of investment strategies in the IT sector are determined: increasing the efficiency of operating activities, increasing the market value of the business, scaling activities through diversification of areas of activity, creating new enterprises through mergers and acquisitions. The main investment strategies of the IT sector of Ukraine are identified and mergers and acquisitions strategies are considered in detail. Factors influencing investment strategies in the IT sector are characterized, in particular, restructuring of IT sector costs, problems of scaling digital transformation projects, reduction of investments in related sectors of the economy. Conclusions. Over the years 2018-2023, there are trends in the growth of the share of the ICT sector in the national economy, the number of business entities and employees in the industry, the volumes and share of ICT sector services are dynamically increasing, especially in 2022-2023. This indicates a change in the strategy of IT enterprises, their reorientation to external sales markets, and, accordingly, the direction of financial resources. In war conditions, the most common investment strategies in the IT sector are the conclusion of mergers and acquisitions in order to gain competitive advantages, concentrate resources, and expand geographical presence.
