Удосконалення технології збагачення магнетитових кварцитів на АТ «ПІВДГЗК»

У першому розділі проаналізована сировинна база гірничозбагачувального комбінату, умови видобутку та транспортування руди на збагачувальну фабрику, технологія збагачення магнетитових кварцитів, вимоги до концентрату. В другому розділі надано аналіз рішень щодо підвищення якості концентратів магнітного збагачення магнетитових руд. Наведені їх переваги та недоліки. Приведені результати випробування впровадження другого прийому магнітної сепарації першої стадії, контрольної гідравлічної класифікації пісків магнітних дешламаторів на концентраті магнітного збагачення Південного ГЗК, що дало змогу розрахувати прогнозовані показники збагачення. В результаті показана можливість в умовах ПівдГЗК підвищити вміст заліза в магнетитовому концентраті до 68,0%.

The first section analyzes the raw material base of the mining and processing plant, the conditions of ore mining and transportation to the concentrator, the technology of magnetite quartzite beneficiation, and the requirements for the concentrate. The second section analyzes solutions to improve the quality of magnetite ore concentrates. Their advantages and disadvantages are presented. The results of testing the implementation of the second method of magnetic separation of the first stage, control hydraulic classification of magnetic deslimer sands on the magnetic concentrate of the Southern GOK are presented, which made it possible to calculate the predicted indicators of beneficiation. As a result, it is possible to increase the iron content in the magnetite concentrate up to 68.0% in the conditions of Pivdennyi GOK.
