Але поряд з тим певні концентрації хімічних речовин, що входять до складу кави та кава мелена (пил) можуть викликати захворювання, як у працівників, так і у споживачів, які відвідують заклади ресторанного господарства.У даній роботінаведено результати аналізу стану повітряного середовища робочих місць працівників закладів ресторанного господарства(кав’ярні), які виготовляють каву та напої на основі кави, визначено чинники, що утворюютьсяпри технологічному процесі виробництва кави,охарактеризовано ступінь впливу шкідливих речовин на організм людини.uk
