dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена проблемі аналізу фінансового стану суб’єкта господарювання на підставі використання інструментарію моделювання бізнес-процесів. Наведена прцедура застосування методології функціонального моделювання і графічного представлення процесів нотації IDEF0 (англ. Integration Definition for Function Modeling) для процедури аналізу фінансового стану суб’єкта господарювання. Складено алгоритм моделювання процедури виконання фінансового аналізу суб’єкта господарювання, для чого наведено діаграму SADT (Structured Analysis and Design Teqnique) та наведена її декомпозиція за основними елементами та етапами. У процесі побудови бізнес-процесу фінансового стану підприємства запропоновані основні етапи процедури виконання фінансового аналізу; визначені атрибути інформаційного забезпечення, а саме: вхідна й вихідна інформація, учасники, терміни виконання, об'єкти й елементи управління.
dc.description.abstract Financial analysis of the activity of the enterprise is constantly in the focus of attention of both the enterprise itself and its counterparties: clients, partners, investors and government authorities, etc. Up to date, it has not been totally established the process of automation, monitoring the financial condition of the enterprise. Among the other approaches, the most common is to build business process models in the form of business processes. During the creation of the business- process for the financial condition of the enterprise, it has been proposed the main stages of the financial analysis procedure; it has been determined the attributes of information support such as: input and output information, participants, timing, objects and controls; the SADT – model context diagram of the enterprise financial analysis procedure (level A – 0) was formed and the context diagram decomposition in the A – 0 level IDEF0 standard. A convenient business process modeling tool is the modern free business analytics tool Ramus, which is increasingly recommended for use in the IDEF0 (Functional Modeling) notation of SADT diagrams. The Ramus program in the IDEF0 (functional modeling) notation gives an opportunity to clearly regulate all stages of the financial-analysis procedure state of the enterprise. Built with the help of modern IT software, the model of the financial analysis procedure of the enterprise activity becomes a clear tool for accumulation and dissemination of knowledge about this procedure, which can at least replace the multi-page regulations, since such model fixes the way of performing the procedure (works), it becomes the standard of its execution. It should be noted that any process is much easier to understand with a graphical representation of the model. Managers and subordinates, business analysts and other interested and responsible persons, built model of financial analysis of the enterprise will allow to better understand the essence of this process and the relationship between individual stages, jobs, processes and units, which, in turn, allows to properly form and establish tasks, inputs and outputs, regulations, standards, instructions and other regulatory documentation.
