Цифровізація вищої освіти в Україні: передумови процесу та чинники розвитку

У статті акцентовано увагу на передумовах процесу та чинниках розвитку цифровізації вищої освіти в Україні. Виявлено основні етапи процесу цифровізації, її вплив на сучасний стан вищої освіти України. Доведено, що серед передумов та факторів цифровізації освіти в Україні можна виокремити наступні: загально високий рівень технологічного розвитку України та її рівня освіти суспільства, відносно високий рівень добробуту населення, а також загальносвітова тенденція до побудови цифрової економіки та діджиталізації усіх процесів суспільного та особистого життя, значна конкуретність університетського освітнього середовища, доленосні випробування, що випали на долю країни, та освіти зокрема: агресія Росії, що триває з 2014 р., а також пандемія COVID-19.

The article focuses on the prerequisites of the process and factors of development of digitalization of higher education in Ukraine. The main stages of the digitalization process and its impact on the current state of higher education in Ukraine are identified. It is proven that among the prerequisites and factors of digitalization of education in Ukraine, the following can be distinguished: a generally high level of technological development of Ukraine and its level of education of society, a relatively high level of welfare of the population, as well as a global trend towards building a digital economy and digitalization of all processes of social and personal life, significant competitiveness of the university educational environment, fateful trials thathave befallen the country and education in particular: Russian aggression, which has been ongoing since 2014, as well as the COVID-19 pandemic.
