Підвищення якості концентрату ПРАТ «ПівнГЗК» за рахунок покращення показників розкриття руди

Об’єктом дослідження є технологічний процес збагачення залізорудного концентрату ПРАТ «ПівнГЗК». Предмет дослідження – отримання залізорудного концентрату з підвищеною якістю ПРАТ «ПівнГЗК» в умовах РЗФ-1, за рахунок покращення розкриття руди. Робота актуальна так як, технологічний процес збагачення залізорудного концентрату частіше використовує три стадії подрібнення класифікації та збагачення Мета даної роботи – розробка технології збагачення залізної руди ПРАТ «ПівнГЗК» з залучанням четвертої стадії подрібнення, класифікації та збагачення.

The object of the study is the technological process of enrichment of iron ore concentrate of PJSC "PivnGOK". The subject of the study is the production of iron ore concentrate with increased quality by PJSC PivnGOK in the conditions of RZF-1, due to the improvement of ore disclosure. The work is relevant because the technological process of enrichment of iron ore concentrate often uses three stages of grinding, classification and enrichment The purpose of this work is to develop a technology for the enrichment of iron ore of PJSC "PivnGOK" with the involvement of the fourth stage of grinding, classification and enrichment.
