Професійні компетенції фахівця з охорони праці

Створення здорових і безпечних умов праці – основна роль роботодавця. Для контролю та координації у дотриманні таких умов на підприємстві створюється служба охорони праці, до складу якої входять фахівці, які повинні володіти певними знаннями, уміннями та навичками. Міжнародним інститутом охорони праці (IOSH) було проведено дослідження у 111 країнах, щодо визначення компетенцій, якими повинен володіти сучасний фахівець у галузі безпеки і охорони праці.
