dc.description.abstractОб’єктом дослідження є технологія збагачення магнетитових кварцитів. Предметом дослідження є операція тонкого грохочення в схемах збагачення магнетитових руд. У першому розділі проаналізована сировинна база 7 гірничозбагачувального комбінату, умови видобутку та транспортування руди на збагачувальну фабрику, технологія збагачення магнетитових кварцитів, вимоги до концентрату. В другому розділу надано аналіз рішень, щодо підвищення якості концентратів магнітного збагачення магнетитових руд. Наведені їх переваги та недоліки. Приведені результати випробування операції тонкого грохочення на концентраті магнітного збагачення Центрального ГЗК, що дало змогу розрахувати прогнозовані показники збагачення. В результаті показана можливість в умовах ПівнГЗК підвищити вміст заліза в магнетитовому концентраті до 66,9% за рахунок застосування операції тонкого грохочення.
dc.description.abstract The object of research is the technology of magnetite quartzite beneficiation. The subject of the study is the fine screening operation in magnetite ore beneficiation schemes. The first section analyzes the raw material base of the mining and processing plant, the conditions of mining and transportation of ore to the concentrator, the technology of magnetite quartzite beneficiation, and the 8 requirements for the concentrate. The second section analyzes solutions to improve the quality of magnetic concentrates from magnetite ores. Their advantages and disadvantages are presented. The results of testing the fine screening operation on the magnetic beneficiation concentrate of the Central GOK are presented, which made it possible to calculate the predicted beneficiation indicators. As a result, it is possible to increase the iron content in magnetite concentrate up to 66.9% in the conditions of the Northern GOK by applying the fine screening operation.
