Удосконалення процесу планування технічних обслуговувань кар'єрних самоскидів CAT 785C

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена удосконаленню процесу планування технічних обслуговувань кар’єрних самоскидів CAT 785C ПрАТ «ІНГЗК». Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю раціонального використання та ефективного розподілу витрат між бізнес-процесами підприємства. Дослідження базується на звітних даних підприємства. У роботі: 1) проведено комплексний аналіз існуючого бізнес-процесу планування ТО, та визначено основні його проблеми, такі як недостатня адаптація існуючих методів планування до реального технічного стану самоскидів. 2) запропоновано новий метод корегування середньодобового напрацювання самоскидів, що враховує технічний стан ключових вузлів і агрегатів, 3) Розроблено методику оцінки технічного стану обладнання, 4) Оптимізовано бізнес-процесу планування ТО, 5) запропоновано заходи з подолання опору змінам з боку персоналу 6) Розроблено поетапний план впровадження змін у виробничий процес. Практичне значення роботи полягає у створенні ефективної системи планування технічних обслуговувань, яка сприятиме раціональному розподілу ресурсів між бізнес-процесами підприємства та підвищить ефективність виробництва.

The qualification work is devoted to the improvement of the process of planning the maintenance of mining dump trucks CAT 785C of PJSC “INGOK”. The relevance of the study is due to the need for rational use and efficient cost allocation between the business processes of the enterprise. The study is based on the reporting data of the enterprise. In the paper: 1) a comprehensive analysis of the existing business process of maintenance planning is carried out, and its main problems are identified, such as insufficient adaptation of existing planning methods to the real technical condition of dump trucks. 2) A new method for adjusting the average daily operating time of dump trucks, which takes into account the technical condition of key components and assemblies, was proposed, 3) Developed a methodology for assessing the technical condition of equipment, 4) Optimisation of the business process of maintenance planning, 5) Measures to overcome resistance to change on the part of personnel were proposed 6) A phased plan for implementing changes in the production process was developed. The practical significance of the work is to create an effective system of maintenance planning, which will facilitate the rational allocation of resources between the business processes of the enterprise and increase production efficiency.
