dc.description.abstractМетою статті є визначення суті та підходів до підвищення операційної ефективності сучасного українського бізнесу. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі уточнено, що критерій «операційна ефективність» використовується для вимірювання ефективності роботи компанії в контексті отримання бажаних результатів продуктивності з використанням меншої кількості ресурсів. Акцентується увага на той факт, що в українських реаліях залишається не вирішеним питання визначення процедури впровадження програм та проєктів підвищення операційної ефективності в реальному секторі економіки, джерел їх фінансування з врахуванням існуючих ризиків та викликів воєнного стану. Це питання буде набувати все більшої актуальності в умовах розробки та реалізації стратегії пост воєнного відновлення бізнесу та національної економіки країни. В статті пропонується забезпечувати підвищення операційної ефективності завдяки впровадження відповідних проєктів та програм. Такі проєкти та програми підвищення операційної ефективності можуть передбачати трансформацію та вдосконалення бізнес-процесів компанії, можуть формуватися на основі концепції «Perfomance Management» та засадах комбінованого підходу «Lean Six Sigma», що передбачає як зниження витрат (оптимізацію) ресурсів (входів), так й зосередження на зменшенні відхилень (дефектів) і покращенні якості продуктів і процесів (виходів). Визначено напрями (аспекти) діяльності компанії, які розглядаються як предмет підвищення операційної ефективності. Наукова новизна даної статті полягає в розробці моделі етапів програми підвищення операційної ефективності в стандарті IDEF0 (від англ.. «Integration definition for function modeling») та визначення входів (ресурсів), виходів (результатів), механізмів забезпечення (обладнання та відповідальних осіб) та механізмів управління та регулювання. Представлений результат візуалізації процедури моделювання етапів впровадження програми підвищення операційної ефективності підприємства на безкоштовній платформі моделювання «Ramus» в стандарті IDEF0 (від англ.. «Integration definition for function modeling») дозволяє отримати наочну картину стану існуючих процесів і структури інформації в компанії, виявити проблеми і запропонувати необхідні зміни (трансформації бізнес-процесів). Встановлено основні переваги впровадження програм та проєктів автоматизації процесів для забезпечення операційної ефективності:економія робочого часу завдяки регламентації та автоматизації бізнес-процесів; виявлення повторюваних, трудомістких процесів, виключення дублювання функцій (уникнення зайвих операцій / ліквідація зайвого документообігу та його скорочення тощо); можливість дослідження стану операційної ефективності та показників виконання завдань у всіх проєктах/ командах у режимі реального часу; завдяки отриманої інформації легше визначити й реалізувати усі можливості, планувати заходи на майбутнє та вносити своєчасні корегування в програми та плани розвитку. Напрямом подальших досліджень може бути розробка методичного підходу щодо адаптації зарубіжного досвіду моделювання етапів програм підвищення операційної ефективності у національному бізнес - середовищі, зокрема їх деталізація в інших зручних нотаціях IDEF, DFD та інших стандартах моделювання.
dc.description.abstract The purpose of the article is to determine the essence and approaches to increasing the operational efficiency of modern Ukrainian business. To achieve the goal, the work specified that the criterion "operational efficiency" is used to measure the efficiency of the company's work in the context of obtaining the desired performance results with the use of fewer resources. Attention is focused on the fact that in Ukrainian realities, the issue of determining the procedure for implementing programs and projects to increase operational efficiency in the real sector of the economy, sources of their financing, taking into account the existing risks and challenges of martial law, remains unresolved. This issue will become more and more relevant in the context of the development and implementation of the strategy for the post-war recovery of business and the national economy of the country. The article proposes to ensure an increase in operational efficiency thanks to the implementation of relevant projects and programs. Such projects and programs to increase operational efficiency may involve the transformation and improvement of the company's business processes, may be formed on the basis of the concept of "Perfomance Management" and the principles of the combined approach "Lean Six Sigma", which involves both cost reduction (optimization) of resources (inputs), and and focusing on reducing deviations (defects) and improving the quality of products and processes (outputs). The directions (aspects) of the company's activity, which are considered as a subject of increasing operational efficiency, have been determined. The main benefits of implementing process automation programs and projects to ensure operational efficiency: saving working time due to the regulation and automation of business processes;identification of repetitive, timeconsuming processes, elimination of duplication of functions (avoidance of redundant operations / elimination of redundant document flow and its reduction, etc.);the possibility of researching the state of operational efficiency and indicators of task performance in all projects/teams in real time; the received information allows you to identify and implement all opportunities, plan activities for the future and make timely adjustments to development programs and plans. The scientific novelty of this article consists in the development of a model of the stages of the operational efficiency improvement program in the IDEF0 standard (from the English "Integration definition for function modeling") and the definition of inputs (resources), outputs (results), support mechanisms (equipment and responsible persons) and management and regulation mechanisms. The presented result of the visualization of the modeling procedure of the implementation stages of the program to increase the operational efficiency of the enterprise on the free modeling platform "Ramus" in the IDEF0 standard (from the English "Integration definition for function modeling") allows you to get a visual picture of the state of existing processes and structureinformationin the company, identify problems and propose the necessary changes (transformation of business processes). The main advantages of implementing process automation programs and projects to ensure operational efficiency have been established: saving working time thanks to the regulation and automation of business processes; identification of repetitive, timeconsuming processes, elimination of duplication of functions (avoidance of redundant operations / elimination of redundant document flow and its reduction, etc.); the possibility of researching the state of operational efficiency and indicators of task performance in all projects/teams in real time; thanks to the received information, it is easier to identify and implement all opportunities, plan activities for the future and make timely adjustments to development programs and plans.
