Концептуальне комплексне оцінювання ефективності використання комунальних машин

У статті викладено результати дослідження сукупності часткових показників, якими можна оцінити ефективність використання комунальних прибиральних машин із щітковим робочим органом; представлено функціональну схему формування узагальненого критерію ефективності та отримано математичний вираз для його визначення.

В статье изложены результаты исследования совокупности частичных показателей, которыми можно оценить эффективность использования коммунальных уборочных машин со щеточным рабочим органом; представлено функциональную схему формирования обобщённого критерия эффективности и получено математическое выражение для его расчета.

The results of a preliminary analysis of current research of use of municipal vehicles, allowed to establish that in order to ensure the efficiency andto evaluate different options for organizing the working process we need an indicator by the numerical value of which it’s possible to conclude how effective the result or decision is. This indicator is called the criterion of efficiency.The article presents the results of a conceptual study of a set of technical -economic and qualitative indicators that reflect the main aspects of the operation of municipal vehicles designed for cleaning roads and territory, taking into account the characteristics of the external environment. During research the algorithm of complex estimation of efficiency of use of municipal cars is offered. A functional diagram is proposed for visual perception of the sequence of formation of a complex efficiency indicator.
