Substantive provisions of improvement of methods of calculation of loads on carrying and propelling devices of lifting and transport machines

The work is a description of the methods of calculating the carrying and propellingelements of hoisting machines, their design features, methods of calculating the loads on the supporting elements of machines and identified their shortcomings. The description of the developed mathematical model of loading of carrying and propelling elements with a rigid frame and a rigid suspension bracket of basic elements is given, graphs of loading of basic points at work of cranes, conclusions on the basis of the received results are formulated. The mathematical model of loading of carrying and propellingelementsof hoisting machines developed in this work allows to carry out the analysis of loading of carrying points in the course of work at various conditions of support of the car.

В роботі приводиться опис методів розрахунку опорно-ходових елементів підйомно-транспортних машин їх конструктивні особливості, наведені методики розрахунку навантажень на опорні елементи машин та виявлено їх недоліки. Наведено опис розробленої математичної моделі навантаження опорних-ходових елементів з жорсткою рамою і жорсткою підвіскою опорних елементів, представлені графіки за-вантаження опорних точок при роботі кранів, сформульовані висновки на підставі отриманих результатів.
