dc.description.abstractПостійно зростаючі вимоги до якості металопродукції та її собівартості спонукають до сталого розвитку технологій рафінування сталі, зокрема й від неметалевих включень, присутність яких в сталі суттєво знижуємеханічні властивості сталевої продукції. Наразі рафінування сталі від неметалевих включень здійснюється починаючи з позапічної обробки сталі у сталерозливному ковші і закінчується на етапі розливання сталі. Найбільш ефективними методами рафінування сталі, що зумовило їх широке використання в промисловості, є продувка інертним газом, електромагнітне перемішування, модифікування та ін. Найбільш ефективним з погляду рафінування сталі є обробка на фінішних етапах виробництва, зокрема при розливанні стаі на МБЛЗ у проміжному ковші.
dc.description.abstract Constantly growing requirements for the quality of metal products and their cost price encourage the sustainable development of steel refining technologies, in particular, from non-metallic inclusions, the presence of which in steel significantly reduces the mechanical propertiesof steel products. Currently, the steel refining from non-metallic inclusions starts from steel processing in the ladle and ends at the steel casting. The most effective methods of steel refining, which led to their wide use in industry, are argon blowing, electromagnetic stirring, modification, etc. The most effective from the point of view of steel refining is the processing at the final stages of production, in parti cular, when casting the billet at the CCM tundish.
