Проведено аналіз сучасних програмних комплексів на ринку, та вивчені програмні комплекси та застосунки, що функціонують у організації для управління закупівлями. У відповідності з розробленою системою критеріїв в якості оптимального програмного комплексу обрано Dynamics 365 компанії Microsoft. Досліджено існуючий процес та розроблено модель процесу із використанням автоматизованого модулю погодження рішень тендерного комітету за допомогою системи Microsoft Dynamics 365. Визначено основні атрибути якості модулю погодження ПТК, виконано пріоритезацію бізнес-вимог до модулю погодження. Розроблено технічне завдання та докладно описані функціональні вимоги модулю погодження ПТК у Dynamics 365. В якості технічного інструментарію реалізації проєкту обрано додатки Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, використання яких дозволило реалізувати бізнес-логіку процесу узгодження та поєднати це з необхідними бізнес-даним, що зберігаються в базовій платформі даних Microsoft Dataverse та Dynamics 365. Обґрунтовано, що впровадження модулю погодження ПТК прискорює процес вибору постачальника та робить процес більш контрольованим.Peculiarities of information support for the supplier selection process have been studied. The analysis of modern software complexes on the market was carried out, and the software complexes and applications functioning in the organization for procurement management were studied. In accordance with the developed system of criteria, Microsoft Dynamics 365 was chosen as the optimal software complex. The existing process was studied and a process model was developed using the automated module for the approval of decisions of the tender committee using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system. The main quality attributes of the PTC approval module were determined, the prioritization of business requirements for the approval module was performed. The technical task was developed and the functional requirements of the PTC reconciliation module in Dynamics 365 were described in detail. The Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate applications were chosen as the technical tools for project implementation, the use of which made it possible to implement the business logic of the reconciliation process and combine it with the necessary business - data stored in the basic data platform of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
