Значну увагу приділено особливостям цифрової трансформації у соціальному середовищі. Розкрито складові елементи соціальної інфраструктури, що націлені на використання інноваційних технологій. Визначено проблеми впровадження цифрових технологій у соціальній інфраструктурі. Рекомендовано низку заходів щодо впровадження сучасних підходів та ефективних рішень на різних рівнях управління.The article examines the development trends of the social infrastructure of the region. Considerable attention is paid to the peculiarities of digital transformation in the social environment. The constituent elements of the social infrastructure aimed at the use of innovative technologies are disclosed. The problems of introducing digital technologies in the social infrastructure are identified.
