Ye.; Maystrenko, V. V.; Volodchenkova, N. V.; Vambol, S.; Ghoumah, F.; Кружилко, О. Є.; Майстренко, В. В.; Володченкова, Н. В.Mining industry is highly important in the economy of each country. At the same time, the mining industry is an industry with a high level of morbidity among workers. Quarry workers are often exposed to hazardous environments, while at the same time a low level of process safety organization. This study aims to develop a mathematical description of modelling the values of harmful factors in the production environment at the workplaces of quarry workers, which will help ensure high-quality engineering control during the work shift. The initial statistical data for the development of mathematical models were obtained directly by the authors through personal observations of the technological process and measurements of the level of harmful factors in the working environment. Measurements were taken using portable digital devices. To develop mathematical description based on accumulated statistical data, polynomial regression was used. The construction of models using polynomial regression is based on the property of functional dependencies, which can be formulated as follows: with a gradual increase in the complexity of the model (polynomial degree), the magnitude of errors (approximation error, forecast error) monotonically decreases. As a result, fourth-order polynomial equations were obtained to model the values of dust concentration and noise level at certain time intervals of the work shift. The correlation coefficient of these models is R = 0.98 and R = 0.99, and the relative error is 9.76% and 6.11% of dust concentration and noise level respectively, which indicates sufficient accuracy of the model. It was established that the studied harmful factors during a normal production process, have a level of impact at which early forms of occupational diseases develop. The proposed mathematical description of modelling the values of these factors makes it possible for high-quality engineering control over current technology processes in order to avoid abnormal excesses of the values. Further research, according to the authors, should be aimed at identifying and mathematically describing other potentially harmful and dangerous factors in the working environment. The originality of the current study lies in the fact that an attempt was made to propose a non-classical approach to quickly identify deteriorating working conditions directly in the work process using mathematical modelling.Документ Modelling and forecasting the workplace environmental physical factors values(Association for Computational Materials Science and Surface Engineering, 2019) Kruzhilko, O. O.; Kramarev, S. M.; Maksymova, N. M.; Максимова, Н. М.We analyzed the encrustation of winter barley seeds, which includes its preliminary treatment with cuprum glycinate, with the purpose of increasing yield and biochemical indicators of grain, and also improving the ecological condition of the soil. The objective of the research was to select methods for the synthesis of cuprum glycinate, study its chemical composition and the possibility of using this compound as a chelated microfertilizer for pre-sowing encrustation of winter barley seed as part of a tank mixture. Two well-known synthesis methods were used to obtain cuprum glycinate. The first method was the interaction between CuO with a solution of glycine during heating, during which pink metallic copper inclusions were noticed in the mixture of reaction products. It was found that it is expedient to synthesize the glycine complex of cuprum by the reaction of a suspension of Cu2CO3(OH)2 with glycine during heating (the yield is 97%), since a complex compound Cu(NH2CH2COO)2•H2O of sufficient purity is formed. The composition of the synthesized substance and the confirmation of the formula of the compound Cu(NH2CH2COO)2•H2O were obtained by determining the infrared and the atomic absorption spectrum of the aqueous solution. Based on the obtained differences in the atomic absorption spectra of the synthesized copper sulfate and copper glycinate the formation of the latter was confirmed. The IR spectrum confirms the formula of the complex compound and the formation of strong covalent bonds between the metal cation and the ligands. The study of the effect of cuprum glycinate on the germination of winter barley Tutankhamun seeds was carried out in comparison with the similar effect of a complex compound of cuprum with ethylenediaminetetraacetate. The study of the influence of cuprum glycinate on the germination of winter barley revealed positive results in which the germination exceeded the control by 9–27%. Winter barley seeds treated with distilled water served as a control. Treatment of winter barley seeds with an aqueous solution of cuprum glycinate in the amount of 20 g of cuprum per 1 ton of grain led to better germination than pre-treatment of seeds with a twice concentrated corresponding solution. Treatment with a complex compound of copper with ethylenediaminetetraacetate had no significant effect on the germination and characteristics of sprouts. The results of laboratory studies confirmed the feasibility of using complex compounds of biometal copper with organic chelating ligands as microfertilizers for pre-sowing seed encrustation, as they have high stability and sufficient solubility in water, are non-toxic, are better absorbed by plants and are considered cost-effective and environmentally safe.Документ Problems of technical exploitation and ecological safety of hydrotechnical facilities of irrigation systems(Дніпровський національний університет імені Олеся Гончара, 2020) Rudakov, L. M.; Hapich, H. V.; Orlinska, O. V.; Pikarenia, D. S.; Kovalenko, V. V.; Chushkina, I. V.; Zaporozhchenko, V. Y.; Рудаков, Л. М.; Гапіч, Г. В.; Орлінська, О. В.; Пікареня, Д. С.; Коваленко, В. В.; Чушкіна, І. В.; Запорожченко, В. Ю.In this work, we analyzed and studied the Ukrainian typical hydrotechnical structures of the ameliorative complex on soil materials. On the examples of such objects in Dnipropetrovsk oblast, we carried out research and determined the technical condition of the transporting (main irrigation canals) and regulating (retention ponds) hydrotechnical structures (HTS). The main factors and the reasons for the negative engineering-geological processes occurring in those structures and affecting the ecological balance of adjacent territories were determined. The study revealed that the long period of exploitation and absence of corresponding technical care have led to significant losses of irrigation water from the canals and retention ponds. Due to the systemic absence and low use of monitoring researchers, we have proposed the use of prompt and low-cost methods and means of technical diagnostics. The article presents the possibility of using a complex of geophysical methods of natural impulse magnetic field of the Earth and vertical electrical sounding for the purposes of technical diagnostics. The possibility of recording plots and parameters of zones of seepage deformations in the body and at the base of the structures was visually determined and instrumentally proven. This allows identifying the amounts of technical and material resources, stages and order of implementation of repair-restoration works. It was determined that share of the damaged zones accounts for 20 to 35% of the total length of the hydrotechnical structures depending on their type and parameters of the constructions. In such conditions, the estimated losses of water equal 17-22% of the total amount of the delivery. The surveys showed that further operation of HC poses an ecological threat because of significant worsening of quality of water resources. The article presents disturbing dynamics of change in the irrigated areas involving the danger of secondary salinization, sodification, alkalinization, and toxification as a result of watering. We indicated threatening changes in the structures of the areas irrigated with low-quality water, which, according to various indicators of danger, increased by 1.4 times regarding threat of secondary salinization and by 2 times regarding threat of sodification. We proposed and substantiated approaches to improving the general technical and technological level of functioning of ameliorative structures in the context of maintaining ecological balance and economic practicability of their further use, based on the principles of systemic optimization of complex technical-natural ecosystems.Документ Prospective methods for determining water losses from irrigation systems to ensure food and water security of Ukraine(Національний гірничий університет, 2023) Hapich, H. V.; Orlinska, O. V.; Pikarenia, D. S.; Chushkina, I. V.; Pavlychenko, A.; Roubík, H.; Орлінська, О. В.; Пікареня, Д. С.To develop a complex system for technical diagnostics of soil hydrotechnical structures of irrigation systems for operative identification of damaged sites, reduction of nonproduction water losses, and maintaining ecological and economic efficiency of the hydroeconomic national complex in the context of water and food securityДокумент Research by Geophysical Methods of Hydraulic Structures of Water Management Purpose(Lumbini Engineering College, 2022) Chushkina, I. V.; Maksymova, N. M.; Pikarenia, D. S.; Orlinska, O. V.; Чушкіна, І. В.; Максимова, Н. М.; Пікареня, Д. С.; Орлінська, О. В.Yield growth in the Southern Steppe is impossible without irrigation with the introduction of mineral and organic fertilizers, so the repair, restoration, and construction of new irrigation networks are one of the main tasks of regional and district water management. For the repair of water management networks, regulation of pools of irrigation systems it is necessary to use inexpensive effective methods of the establishment of their technical condition. Such methods are geophysical, which allow to identify the areas offiltration, flooding, violations of protective screens in the control pools of irrigation systems. The necessity of localizationof areas of filtration water losses to concentrate repair and restoration works in the most disturbed zones is scientifically substantiated, which will significantly reduce the cost of time and money and increase the overall efficiency of the structure.Документ Scientific Substantiation of the Work Shift Structure Correction of Granite Quarry Workers(3V Scientific Publishing House, 2023) Kruzhilko, O. Ye.; Volodchenkova, N. V.; Polukarov, O. I.; Кружилко, О. Є.; Володченкова, Н. В.; Полукаров, О.In Ukraine, more than 70 % of mining operations are carried out in quarries. The mining industry has negative impacts on society, especially workers in the industry. The International Labour Organization states that the mining sector is one of the most dangerous sectors in the world. The current study was designed to understand the occupational safety and health situation in the mining industry at the granite quarries in Ukraine, because the exceeding accepted standards for factors of the production environment and labour process contributes to the development of occupational diseases. The study aimed to improve the working conditions of mining workers by adjusting the work shift structure. The main task was to plan an hourly work shift schedule that takes into account the influence of harmful production factors without compromising production efficiency. The study found that the influence of all four factors was reduced to acceptable limits after changing the work shift schedule. For the dust factor, the danger level was reduced from 4 to 1.25, for vibration – from 5.94 to 2.05, for noise – from 91 to 88, for severity of work – from 2.06 to 1.86. The achieved effect is explained by a reduction in the time an employee spends in hazardous conditions. Similar studies should be carried out for each profession in the extractive industry.Документ Scientific Support of Occupational Risk Management Decisions in Industrial Sectors in Case of Uncertainty International(Occupational Health and Safety Society of Nepal (OHSSN), 2023) Kruzhilko, O. Ye.; Mahmoud, A. E. D.; Maystrenko, V. V.; Volodchenkova, N. V.; Polukarov, O. I.; Sydorenko, V.; Arlamov, O. O.; Кружилко, О. Є.; Майстренко, В. В.; Володченкова, Н. В.One of the most important steps in risk assessment is the selection of assessment methods. Traditionally, when developing measures to reduce the level of occupational morbidity and industrial injuries, the results of an analysis of the causes, types of events and other factors that led to accidents are used. But such an approach does not meet modern requirements. For an adequate assessment of occupational risks, it is necessary to have objective data from different time periods: the onset of traumatic events in the past, the current state of threats to life and health of people, and the future state of threats in industrial sectors.Документ Stratification of expenses of insurance funds to cover risk situations of production process(National Mining University, 2020) Polukarov, O.
